Seamstress

Do you have a passion for fabric, detail, and craftsmanship? Ohio Workroom, a 77-year-old upholstery studio known for its artistry and precision, is looking for a talented seamstress to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:
    •    Sew custom cushions, pillows, slipcovers, and more
    •    Work with a variety of fabrics, from vintage to high-end designer textiles
    •    Collaborate closely with upholsterers and designers to bring each project to life
    •    Maintain high standards for quality and consistency in all finished pieces

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
    •    Has strong experience with industrial sewing machines (walking foot & serger experience a plus)
    •    Is detail-oriented with a great eye for straight seams, pattern matching, and finishing work
    •    Can work independently but loves being part of a team
    •    Enjoys solving problems and takes pride in their craftsmanship
